Luis Paulino

Luis Paulino is a strategic advisor and finance professional with experience spanning forensic accounting, corporate financial services, and deal advisory for lower middle market companies.

He currently serves as a Principal at Resonance Partners, where he leads deal screening and sector diligence across Business Services, Financial Services, and Tech-Enabled Services.

He began his career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, developing forensic accounting and analytical research skills in support of federal investigations. He subsequently served as an Account Manager within the Financial Services Group at NielsenIQ, supporting clients including McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, and Jefferies. Prior to that, he managed and turned around small retail businesses on behalf of a private family ownership group.

He later founded Bridgeway Group, an independent advisory practice serving lower middle market companies across industries including healthcare, construction, field services, financial services, business services, and technology. Through Bridgeway, he has led go-to-market strategy and business development engagements, advised on merger and sell-side transactions, supported private placement and debt capital raises, touching more than $2 billion in aggregate transaction and deal value across his advisory work.

He holds a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers Business School, is bilingual in English and Spanish with an international network and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
