William Ventura

Managing Partner

William Ventura is the Founder and Managing Partner of Resonance Partners. He combines institutional investment experience with a background in operational strategy and technical systems. Before founding the firm, he served as a Principal for a high-net-worth family office, supporting investment activity across $100M in fund commitments and 35 direct co-investments.

His background spans the full investment lifecycle, including originating proprietary opportunities and facilitating equity partnerships for acquisitions with enterprise values ranging from $30M to $200M+. As an advisor, he has guided founders through strategic acquisitions and provided guidance on investor positioning for companies in the semiconductor and sensor technology sectors. His experience also includes supporting capital formation for a leading $10B quantum computing company.

As an operator, William specializes in modernizing business infrastructure to drive bottom-line results. He has led initiatives in pricing strategy, labor utilization, and the deployment of integrated systems to improve margin consistency and profitability. In his free time, he is an avid cook, drummer, and basketball player.
